Journey To Handstand
Handstand can be one of the most exciting, energizing and exhilarating poses in yoga’s reportoire. Are you ready to shift from trying to doing? In this 5-class Series you will gain the essential foundations for handstand. Each practice is a complete 30 minute practice, and focuses on a specific key to unlocking handstand: core strength, shoulder stability, spinal neutrality, side-lengthening, and balance. Everyone will walk away with tips and drills to uplevel your skills, and advance your handstand journey.
