"The first thing I noticed in Meaghan and Gil's classes was that I felt seen and acknowledged. They made an effort to get to know me which helped me feel comfortable and safe. Meaghan and Gil have a unique balance of being both light-hearted and serious. They have the courage to show up with what is real, to be vulnerable, and to use that in their teaching - not many people do that.
The time I spent with them fostered the biggest healing and growth in my life. I now feel better in the world, more trusting. I know I am capable of being with anything that comes my way. I am able face it and come out the other side with a new perspective."
Unique practices and meditations, taught by Meaghan and Gil themed specifically for this retreat.

"Gil and Meaghan have created an authentic and unique yogic journey that will take you into your innermost depths. They have a way of connecting to what is real, inspiring tremendous growth and unlocking the potential each of us has to share the gift of yoga."
- Donna B. (Virginia Beach, VA)
"I was in the darkest place of my life when I stumbled upon Meaghan and Gil’s community, and their teachings have helped me find clarity, contentment, and hope where there once was confusion, depression, and despair. I can honestly say that Meaghan and Gil have undoubtedly led me to a place where I more clearly can see my own self-worth."
- Laura C. (Norfolk, VA)
"Meaghan and Gil have different personalities but the commonality is that they care for their students, behave ethically, and always give their best. They are committed to yoga in daily life, not just as a job.
If I had to pick one word to describe what I feel in their presence, it would be safe. Both of them challenge, encourage, and hold space for me to practice and explore while feeling safe."
- Connie (Norfolk, VA)
